    We start with a free consultation session to explore your goals, likes and dislikes in exercise, answer any questions you may have and complete some assessments including body composition and basic measurements. From this I will design a personalised programme that provides a balanced approach and supports your progress.


    We will work together, either at your home, suitable outdoor location or at Box Bell Fit training centre in Wokingham, using a variety of equipment to help challenge you and add variety to the training sessions. This could include skipping ropes, resistance bands, BOSU balls, hand weights or medicine balls, where appropriate, and I can show you how you can use everyday items to achieve similar results in your own home.


    Cancellations less than 24 hours must be paid for at the full rate.

    Pregnancy should not be a barrier to exercise. Whether you want to begin or continue an exercise regime I can give you the guidance and support you need to do this safely and appropriately. 


    Alongside this I can offer nutrition and healthy eating advice for during and after your pregnancy, and help with any weight loss goals you may have.

    It's often said that you can't out train a bad diet... Everyone can benefit from a deeper understanding of their diet and how it helps you to achieve your weight loss or training goals.


    After a consultation session I can help you to complete a food diary and offer advice on how you might be able to adjust your diet to achieve weight loss or improved sports performance in conjunction with an exercise plan.

    Want training advice without going to a gym? I can be your online personal trainer! After a consultation your training schedule will be designed around your goals, fitness levels and lifestyle. There is the option of a fortnightly call to review progress and make amendments for an additional cost.

    Working with Bracknell Forest Council to help more people get active!

    Live or work in Bracknell Forest? Want to get more active for FREE?

    Want to get fitter and more confident with exercise? Join one of the 8-week courses I'm running on behalf of Bracknell Forest Council. If you live or work in Bracknell Forest and class yourself as inactive or a 'complete beginner’ then you are eligible for a place on this FREE course.


    The course consists of one 60 minute group class a week, with each class focusing on a different aspect of exercise, progressing week on week to build confidence and ability. Areas of focus will include:

    • Posture
    • Balance
    • Core strength
    • Basic body weight exercises
    • Proper technique with basic fitness equipment
    • An introduction to Circuit and HIIT style-workouts


    Sign up completing the registration form below. On receipt of the form, subject to spaces being available, you will receive confirmation of your place and joining instructions.


    In the event there is no space on your preferred course, you will be offered a space on another course or added to the waiting list for the next available course. The next course starting dates are:


    Tuesdays 11:30-12:30am 

    from July 26th @ Priestwood Community Centre


    Wednesdays 17:30-18:30pm 

    from July 27th @ The Parks Community Centre

    Fit For All!

    Completed a Back to Fitness course and want to continue exercise? Just looking for a friendly community class?

    There are now two weekly exercise classes suitable for anyone who has taken part in the 8-week Back to Fitness course or who is looking for a class that is friendly and supportive.


    Mondays 10-11am @ Priestwood Community Centre

    Fridays from 10:30am to 11:30am @ Great Hollands Community Centre


    Each class costs £2 on a pay as you go basis and there is time afterwards for socialising and refreshments (included). Attend as and when you can, no need to book! If you have not taken part in a Back to Fitness class before please complete the online form below.

    Helping young people to discover fitness

    Sportivate is a £56 million Lottery funded that gives more young people the chance to discover a sport that they love. I'm working with Bracknell Forest Council to provide a FREE 8-week course for young people aged 16-25 with the aim of introducing them to fitness and exercise.


    Two courses are available so far and will be held on Mondays from 6-7pm in Bracknell College Sports Hall.

    • August 1st to 19th September
    • October 24th to December 12th

    Vikki Roberts

    Personal Trainer

    I started running in my mid-twenties. Since then, I have successfully completed marathons, triathlons and endurance events in the UK and abroad. I quickly discovered an enthusiasm for health and fitness that inspired me to study to become a Personal Trainer and share my passion with others.


    I have seen the real benefits of well-designed and well informed programmes, delivered in a flexible way to suit individual lifestyles and circumstances and found that inventive approaches and some fun along the way are effective in developing the enthusiasm to succeed.


    As a keen ‘foodie’ I also recognise the positive contribution that a balanced diet can make to personal health and fitness, especially with the pressures of modern lifestyles. So I provide informed dietary advice and guidance that can promote health and fitness whilst taking into account personal preferences and circumstances.


    I'm part of the wonderfully supportive Run Mummy Run group and realise that having children should not be a barrier to exercise. This is why I decided to specialise in pre- and post-natal nutrition and exercise, to understand the special considerations that need to be made.


    I aim to use my knowledge, experiences and enthusiasm to encourage and support you to reach your own health and fitness goals, whatever they may be.
