    1-2-1 & Small Groups

    From £33 per session

    Start with a free consultation session to explore your goals, likes and dislikes in exercise, answer any questions you may have and complete some assessments including body composition and basic measurements. Then start your personalised programme that provides a balanced approach and supports your progress.

     

    Sessions can be either at Box Bell Fit training centre, your home or suitable outdoor location.

     

    Nutritional advice and pre/post-natal programmes available.

     

    Fit 2 Run

    From £7 per session

    Whether you're a serious club runner or a recreational runner, you could benefit from a running specific fitness class. Rather than clocking up the miles, come and join in a weekly class focusing on speed, strength, balance, agility and injury prevention.

     

    Designed to compliment your existing club training sessions take place every Tuesday at 7:30pm, at the Tool Station car park in Bracknell.

    Back to Fitness & Sportivate

    FREE!

    Want to get fitter and more confident with exercise? Join an 8-week beginners courses sponsored by Bracknell Forest Council. 16-25? Sportivate is for you. Older? Then get Back to Fitness!

     

    Each weeks class (1 hour) will focus on a different aspect of exercise, progressing week on week to build confidence and ability.

    Vikki Roberts

    Personal Trainer

    I started running in my mid-twenties. Since then, I have successfully completed marathons, triathlons and endurance events in the UK and abroad. I quickly discovered an enthusiasm for health and fitness that inspired me to study to become a Personal Trainer and share my passion with others.

     

    I have seen the real benefits of well-designed and well informed programmes, delivered in a flexible way to suit individual lifestyles and circumstances and found that inventive approaches and some fun along the way are effective in developing the enthusiasm to succeed.

     

    As a keen ‘foodie’ I also recognise the positive contribution that a balanced diet can make to personal health and fitness, especially with the pressures of modern lifestyles. So I provide informed dietary advice and guidance that can promote health and fitness whilst taking into account personal preferences and circumstances.

     

    I'm part of the wonderfully supportive Run Mummy Run group and realise that having children should not be a barrier to exercise. This is why I decided to specialise in pre- and post-natal nutrition and exercise, to understand the special considerations that need to be made.

     

    I aim to use my knowledge, experiences and enthusiasm to encourage and support you to reach your own health and fitness goals, whatever they may be.
